Terms of Service for LIONNLORD INC.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LIONNLORD platform and services. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

2. Founder and Investor Responsibilities

• Founders must submit truthful startup information and agree to be evaluated based on the AI and investor review process.
• Investors agree to abide by nondisclosure practices and act in good faith when interacting with founder data.

3. Platform Use

You may not use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or unethical activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user violating these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and proprietary tools are the property of LIONNLORD INC. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our IP without consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Use of the platform is at your own risk. LIONNLORD INC. provides the MVP “as is” and disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion for any breach of these Terms.

7. Modifications

We may revise these Terms and will notify users of significant updates. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
